Event Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings for John Scott's Stitch & Bitch (the "Event"), taking place on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd January 2027 at the Village Hotel, Warrington.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Event
The Event is a two day hosted experience including accommodation, meals, entertainment and scheduled activities.
Bookings are offered as a complete package. Individual elements including accommodation, meals or sessions cannot be removed, refunded or exchanged.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment, either in full or the first instalment, has been successfully received.
3.2 Payment Options
You may choose to:
- Pay in full at the time of booking
- Pay via our interest free monthly payment plan
3.3 Monthly Payments
If you choose a payment plan:
- Payments will be taken automatically each month
- The full balance must be paid by 22nd December 2026
All payments made are strictly non refundable.
If payments are not completed by the final balance date, your booking may be cancelled and your place released. Any payments made up to that point will be retained, as your place will already have been secured against hotel and event commitments.
4. Pricing
All prices are per person and include VAT.
Your booking includes:
- One night's accommodation
- Meals as outlined in the itinerary
- All scheduled activities and entertainment
Additional purchases including evening / bar drinks and optional hotel extras are not included unless stated.
5. Cancellations
All bookings are strictly non refundable.
This is due to the nature of the Event, where hotel rooms, event space and all elements are secured and paid for in advance, with capacity limited and reserved per guest.
For this reason, cancellations, refunds or credits cannot be offered under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Illness or personal circumstances
- Travel disruption
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person in line with clause 6.
6. Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your place to someone else.
- It is your responsibility to find a replacement
- Any financial arrangement must be agreed directly between you and that person
- You must notify us from your booking email address at hello@stitchandbitch.vip with the replacement guest's details
Your booking will only be transferred once confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to refuse a transfer where necessary, including where required information is not provided.
7. Shared Rooms & Buddy Matching
7.1 Sharing with Someone You Know
If you are sharing with someone you know, you will be asked to confirm whether you are booking for both guests or if each person will book separately.
If booking separately, you must provide the name and email address of your intended room share. We will contact them to confirm their booking.
If the second guest does not complete their booking within a reasonable timeframe, your shared room cannot be guaranteed.
In this situation, we will look to pair you with another guest where possible, subject to availability. Alternatively, you may choose to upgrade to a solo room for an additional £50.
7.2 Buddy Matching
If you select the "buddy" option:
- You will be paired with another guest of the same sex
- You agree to your name and email being shared so you can introduce yourselves ahead of the Event
Guests will be paired based on sex only. Compatibility cannot be guaranteed, and we accept no responsibility for any issues between room sharers.
Once a buddy has been allocated, the arrangement is final and cannot be changed.
8. Accommodation
Accommodation is provided at the Village Hotel, Warrington.
Rooms are allocated by the hotel and specific room requests cannot be guaranteed unless agreed in advance.
9. Event Changes
We may occasionally need to make adjustments to the Event, including:
- Schedule changes
- Guest or activity changes
- Timing adjustments
Where this happens, we will always aim to deliver an equivalent experience.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to deliver the Event due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural events
- Government restrictions
- Travel disruption
- Illness of key personnel
Where possible, we will look to reschedule, but refunds are not guaranteed.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Attendance is at your own risk
- We are not responsible for loss, damage or injury during the Event
- Personal belongings remain your responsibility
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Health & Accessibility
We will contact guests closer to the Event to collect details of any dietary requirements and accessibility needs.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, however this cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
13. Behaviour

No refund will be given in these circumstances.
